This petition is filed to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the second appeal as against the Judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.122 of 2019 on the file of the VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai dated 20.12.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 37 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
