Though we are not inclined to accept the reasons assigned for the extension of leave, inasmuch as the leave granted expires today, the same stands extended for three more days i.e., till 13.09.2019. The convict shall return back to prison on 13.09.2019 at 5.00 p.m. This petition is ordered accordingly.
