This petition has been filed to modify the Condition in Para No.5(3) that petitioner/accused should appear before the respondent police daily for 30 days at Morning 10.30 a.m. and Evening 5.30 p.m. put his signature in the Order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII Coimbatore in Crl.MP.35472/2023 dated 16.08.2023.

2. When this matter is taken up, this Court advises the petitioner to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII Coimbatore, for appropriate remedy.
