This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner had directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.10 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.24 of 2022 on or before 14.03.2023 and further sum of Rs.10 lakhs after the accused in Crime No.25 of 2022 has been secured. He would further submit that the petitioner has duly complied the said conditions and has produced the proof for the same.

3. In view of the above, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 28.02.2023 is made absolute. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
