C.M.P.No.18065 of 2022 in W.A.S.R.No.110028 of 2022 S.VAIDYANATHAN, J and J. SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD, J M/s.Raman & Associates, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents.

Though there is vehement opposition with regard to the condonation of delay of 185 days in filing the Writ Appeal, as we find that there are no merits in the Writ Appeal itself, and that no prejudice is going to be caused to the respondents/workmen, the delay is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
