2. This Court vide orders dated 17.07.2023 in Crl.A.No.634 of 2023 enlarged the petitioners / accused on bail with certain conditions, in which, one of the conditions imposed by this Court is that the petitioners should appear before the Trial Court everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to relax the above condition on the ground that the petitioners are regularly appearing before the trial Court everyday at 10.30 a.m from 28.07.2023 and that the petitioners may be directed to appear before the trial Court as and when required by the Police or the trial Court.

4. Per contra, Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent contended that the case in S.C.No.12 of 2023 is posted for the appearance of the petitioners/accused on 18.09.2023.
