ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 28.11.2022 and to disburse all work benefits and death monetary benefits of the petitioner's wife late.S.Elakkiya (E Code No.215) to the petitioner. 2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the petitioner's wife was worked as Pharmacists in ESI Dispensary Triplicane and she died on 24.07.2022 due to dengue fever. Now, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents to claim all work benefits and death monetary benefits of his wife, however, no orders have been passed so far. Hence, seeks direction of this Court.

3.Mr.S.Prabhakaran, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the 2nd respondent has to consider the representation of the petitioner. 4.In such view of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.11.2022 and pass Page No.2 of 4

orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
