2. On consideration of the submission made, paragraph 14 of the earlier order of this Court dated 30.01.2024 passed in W.P.Nos.28454 and 34676 of 2022, shall be deleted and stand substituted as follows:- "14. Therefore, we are of the view that the provisional attachment order is liable to be quashed, and accordingly, the Provisional Attachment Order No.07 of 2010 dated 11.10.2010 passed by the 3rd respondent, and the confirmation order dated 13.08.2012 in OC No.73 of 2010 passed by the adjudicating authority, are quashed, insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned."
