This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2025 seeking correction in the 10th and 12th standard certificates on the basis of the birth certificate.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the authority concerned is the Joint Director(Personnel), Directorate of Government Examinations, Nungambakkam, Chennai to consider the request made by the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above submission,the petitioner is directed to submit fresh representation along with all necessary documents before the Joint Director(Personnel), Directorate of Government Examinations, Nungambakkam, Chennai forthwith and on receipt of the same, the Joint Director(Personnel), Directorate of Government Examinations, Nungambakkam, Chennai is directed to consider the same and pass 2/4

orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
