Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, direct the respondent to initiate proceeding as under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act for the purpose of the handing over possession of the auction purchased property in favour of the petitioner in survey No.120/4 admeasuring to an extent of acre 1.40 cents Survey No.120/3 admeasuring to an extent of an acre 1.16 cents survey No.120/2B admeasuring to an extent of an acre 0.49 cents survey No.122/4 admeasuring to an extent of an acre 0.28 cents and survey No.731/3A admeasuring to an extent of acre 0.75 cents are situated at Thanatamapatti Village, Puduchatiram, Sub-Registration District and Namakkal Registration District and survey No.732/3 to an extent of acre 2.45 cents in Navani Village.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.S.Senthil, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ilayarajakumar, learned counsel appearing for M/s.Ramalingam Associates for the respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that after filing of the writ petition, an order has been passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and the Commissioner has also issued a letter for taking over the possession.
3. In view of the said statement, the purpose of the writ petition stands served. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
