Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025 and consequently, to direct the respondents to confer time bound promotion to the petitioner as Senior Assistant Engineer with effect from 02.09.2007 with arrears and monetary benefits by giving effect to G.O.Ms.No.13, Transport (C1) Department dated 14.01.2000, in the light of the order made in W.A.No.1100 of 2014 dated 12.07.2024.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025 and confer time bound promotion to the petitioner as Senior Assistant Engineer with effect from 02.09.2007 with arrears and monetary benefits by giving effect to G.O.Ms.No.13, Transport (C1) Department dated 14.01.2000, in the light of the judgment made in W.A.No.1100 of 2014 dated 12.07.2024. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 20.06.2025 to the respondents for time bound promotion with effect from 02.09.2007 with arrears and monetary benefits, in the light of the judgment dated 12.07.2024 made in W.A.No.1100 of 2014, however, it is pending with the respondents.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submits that the respondents will consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4 In view of the submissions made by both sides, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
