ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents for their deliberate disobedience of this Court's order dated 23.01.2017 in W.P.No.13399 of 2016.

2. Heard Mr.Senthil Nathan Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Since no specific direction was given in respect of the amount claimed by the petitioner in order dated 23.01.2017 passed by this court in W.P.No.13399 of 2016, this Court is of the considered view that this contempt petition is not maintainable.

4. Further it is the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents that the order dated 23.01.2017 by this Court in W.P.No.13399 of 2016 has been duly complied with.

5. After recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
