This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025 and confer time bound promotion to the petitioner as Senior Assistant Engineer with effect from 01.04.2007 with arrears and monetary benefits by giving effect to G.O.Ms.No.13, Transport (C1) Department dated 14.01.2000, in the light of the judgment made in W.A.No.1100 of 2014 dated 12.07.2024 and the Page No.2 of 6
proceedings of the General Manager, Transport Department, Coimbatore Division, in 5468/EO1 Tamil Nadu Government Transport (Coimbatore)/2023 dated 13.06.2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 12.06.2025 to the respondents for time bound promotion with effect from 01.04.2007 with arrears and monetary benefits, in the light of the judgment dated 12.07.2024 made in W.A.No.1100 of 2014 and the proceedings of the General Manager, Transport Department, Coimbatore Division, in 5468/EO1 Tamil Nadu Government Transport (Coimbatore)/2023 dated 13.06.2023, however, it is pending with the respondents.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submits that the respondents will consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4 In view of the submissions made by both sides, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
