This application has been filed by the applicant / plaintiff to grant leave to sue against the respondents / defendants before this Court.

2. The plaintiff has filed a suit for directing the defendants jointly and severally to pay a sum of Rs. 1,10,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Ten Lakhs Only) as damages for loss of reputation caused to the plaintiff by the defendants by circulating, publishing and forwarding defamatory statements against the plaintiff through social media platforms of the 8th and 9th defendants without verifying with real facts and for permanent injunction.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff that though the cause of action arises well within the jurisdiction of this Court, the 8th and 9th defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court and hence the leave should be granted.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff and considering the averments made in this application and in the plaint the leave is granted.
