PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to take appropriate steps against the 4th and 5th respondents for to stop the illegal alteration of the petitioner's company premises bearing previous Old Door No.11/5, Old No.12, New No.7, Ground Floor, Back Portion, West Sivan Koil Street, Vadapalani, Chennai - 600 026 and restore it original position.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to take appropriate steps against the 4th and 5th respondents for to stop the illegal alteration of the petitioner's company premises bearing previous Old Door No.11/5, Old No.12, New No.7, Ground Floor, Back Portion, West Sivan Koil Street, Vadapalani, Chennai - 600 026 and restore it original position.

The prayer sought for in this petition is to direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to stop the illegal alteration of the petitioner's company. It is seen that the issue is completely civil in nature as such this Court cannot consider the prayer sought for in this petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil court for appropriate relief as against the private persons.

3. With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
