Heard Mr. S.Giritharan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. R.Sidharth, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. U.Baranidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Third and Fourth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Review Application has been filed against the order dated 13.03.2023 in W.P. No. 7580 of 2023 passed by the Court contending that the information given by the First and Second Respondents as re-produced in that order is not factually correct as persons who had secured lesser marks than the Petitioner, had been selected.

In response, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents has filed a memo dated 16.10.2023 explaining that the appointment of the persons referred by the Petitioner had not been made under the category of Persons with Disability (PwD) and that the Petitioner does not belong to that category.

In such circumstances, there is no merit in the claim made by the Petitioner warranting interference by this Court in the exercise of its review jurisdiction to correct only errors apparent on the face of the record. In the result, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs. 16.10.2023 Index: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 17.11.2023.
