ORDER

Today, this case is listed under the caption for "For Extension of Time".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, by order dated 02.04.2025, had directed the Trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.88 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Now, the Principal District Judge, Namakkal has sent a letter dated 04.03.2026, requesting to extend the time by six months to dispose of the case.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, the Special Judge/ Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.88 of 2017 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
