LOK ADALAT -I W.P. No.3025 of 2017 Mr.JUSTICE M.THANIKACHALAM (Retd.) The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent are present.

2. As seen from the order dated 09.03.2019 passed by the National Lok Adalat presided by Hon'ble Mr.Justice S. Vaidyanathan, produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the case is already settled and the order is also passed finally.

3. There is no question of reporting settlement and if at all the petitioner has to pay the amount due to the EPF, as directed by the Hon'ble High Court or according to law and rules, as the case may be, which cannot be decided by this Forum, when the matter is not pending that too, when there is an inclusive order.

4. The petitioner is directed to approach the authority concerned for relief, if they refuse to receive the amount, they are directed to approach the Hon'ble High Court for appropriate orders.
