Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned records from the 2nd and 4th respondents and quash the order of the 2nd respondent dated 21.06.2019 bearing No.A.22015/2/FS/2019-ES-IV/1637-1668 in so far as transferring the petitioner from Chennai Airport to Tirupathi and the order of the 4th respondent dated 30.07.2019 bearing No.AAM/HRM/0-2(1)/FS/2019/17436-17475 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and contrary to the AAI Transfer Policy and consequently direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in Chennai Airport being his home town till his superannuation viz.31.03.2021.
