C.M.P. Nos.21188 & 21191 of 2021 in O.S.A. (CAD) Nos.152 & 153 of 2021 C.M.P. No.21188 of 2021 in O.S.A. (CAD) No.152 of 2021 and C.M.P. No.21191 of 2021 in O.S.A. (CAD) No.153 of 2021 M.SUNDAR,J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) This common order will now dispose of captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petitions' ('CMPs' in plural and 'CMP' in singular for the sake of brevity).

2. Captioned CMPs have been taken out by appellant who is a non-suited plaintiff before a Hon'ble Single Judge in what can be described as copyright infringement suits. Plaintiff has been nonsuited by a common judgment and decree dated 08.12.2021 made by a Hon'ble Single Judge in C.S. Nos.407 and 413 of 2020 by answering a preliminary issue framed under Order XIV Rule 2(b) of 'The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908)' [hereinafter 'CPC' for the sake of convenience and clarity]. The main appeals are being heard out and therefore we see no reason to keep the captioned CMPs pending more so as the appeals are against dismissal of main suits.
