This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the private complaint in C.C.No.702 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to explain how the petitioner came to know about filing of the private complaint. In any event, if the certified copy of the private complaint is furnished, the Court will appreciate the prayer of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
