ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete the investigation in the above case in Crime No.158 of 2015 and file a final report before the concerned court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the defacto complainant is not co-operating for the enquiry and if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondents before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.
