O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to call for the records of the 1st respondent relating to the N.IR.4/17072/2015 dated 30.03.2016 quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to constitute new Internal Committee to conduct fresh enquiry on the complaint dated 10.06.2015 of the petitioner. 2.The petitioner was working as an Office Assistant in the third respondent office on 15.10.2013, while so, the sixth respondent who was working as a District Employment Officer, sexually harassed her and therefore 2/6

she lodged a complaint to the District Collector on 08.06.2015. She also made a complaint to the first and second respondents on 10.08.2015. Based on the petitioner's complaint, the fifth respondent, Internal Complaints Committee was constituted, it enquired into the complaint and filed a report on 30.03.2016. Aggrieved by the order of the fifth respondent, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 23.04.2016. As the first respondent did not pass orders on the appeal, the petitioner filed the above writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner is still pending and therefore a direction may be issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 23.04.2016 in accordance with law, within a period of four week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 3/6
