The eviction has been taken by respondent No.5 only on 19.01.2017 on the anvil of the Court hearing and that too apparently the action is not complete. The Block Development Officer, Panruti Panchayat Union/respondent No.4 is present in Court and undertakes to the Court to complete the action by tomorrow and remove all rubble also within three days thereafter.
