Writ Petition No.27901 of 2025 Considering the submissions made, Registry is directed to carry out following corrections in the order dated 20.08.2025 and issue fresh order copy:
(a) in paragraph No.4, the sentence "That apart, there are serious allegations as against the petitioners 3, 9 and 13" shall be replaced with "That apart, there are serious allegations as against the petitioners 2, 9 and 13".
(b)in paragraph No.6, the word "non-hereditary trustees" shall be replaced with "hereditary trustees".
