O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 22.01.2024, in the light of the direction issued by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.268/2024/A1, dated 03.02.2024 seeking prohibitory orders against the 4th respondent from raising compound wall over the Government Poromboke land comprised in S.No.306/13, Agoor Village, Tiruttani Taluk,

2. According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent is owning a temple in S.No.306/13 and he has made an attempt to put up compound wall surrounding the temple. It is the specific case of the petitioner that if the compound wall is raised by the 4th respondent it will cause hindrance to 2/5

the petitioner to reach his agricultural lands which is situated behind the temple. It is also asserted that the 4th respondent is making an attempt to construct the compound wall in the Government Poromboke land so as to cause of hindrance to the petitioner.

The petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents 1and 3 and the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.268/2024/A1, dated 03.02.2024 directed the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. However, the 3rd respondent has not considered the representation. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The Additional Government Pleader who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2024 would be considered within the time fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the 3/5

representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to the 4th respondent.
