ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to to investigate the case in Crime No.266 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent and file a final report before the concerned court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondents before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner/defacto complainant is directed to co-operate for enquiry and this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
