ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take appropriate action as per law, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.02.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that it is a case of job racketing and the earlier complaint given by the counter petitioner was closed on 08.02.2016.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.02.2016 and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, shall register a case, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
