(TM)A/96/2024 and (T)OP(TM)/141/2023 (ORA/147/2014/TM/CHN) SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J In (TM)A/96/2024, the petitioner seeks an amendment of the long and short cause title and the statement of address in relation to the first respondent. In the affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that the first respondent underwent restructuring pursuant to an agreement for sale of business dated 01.04.2013. Pursuant thereto, it is also stated that the impugned trade mark was assigned to Abharan Timeless Jewellery Private Limited. Since the application for amendment has been necessitated by this development, the application is liable to be allowed as prayed for. Learned counsel for the first respondent also has no objection to this application being allowed.

2. For reasons set out above, this application is allowed as prayed for and the petitioner is directed to carry out the amendments in the petition on or before 12.09.2024 and serve a copy of the amended petition on the other parties within one week from then.
