ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take necessary action against the respondents 4 and 5 on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 11.02.2017.

2. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
