This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to direct the Assistant Sessions Court, Tambram to complete the trial in S.C.No.4 of 2015 and expedite the trial and complete th same within three months. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court.
