By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2025 and further to direct the respondents 4 and 5, to return the petitioner's original certificates viz., (i) SSLC certificate bearing number 06438568, (ii) XII Marksheet bearing No.1245405, (iii) B.Sc., Certificate bearing number S104354 (iv) M.Sc., Certificate bearing number 070537 and B.Ed., Certificate bearing no.27658646.
When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted a letter dated 06.08.2025, addressed to the District Educational Officer, wherein the 5th respondent School has informed the District Educational Officer that, on 24.05.2025, by registered post, they have requested the petitioner to come in person and collect his documents and the same was also communicated to the petitioner over phone.
In view of the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, with the direction to 5th respondent to return certificates, the instant Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 06.08.2025 veda Index:Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order To 1.
