ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Minor Prema who is aged about 17 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and hand over to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the detenue has been secured, produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Polur on 02.10.2019 and handed over to the parents.
