This petition is filed to condone the delay of 586 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.G.Udayasankar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent/Insurance Company and submitted that the second respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 586 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner/appellant is not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
