This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in the above case in Crime No.295 of 2014 and file a final report before the concerned court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondents before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report on or before 30.07.2016.
