This original petition has been filed taking advantage of Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the securities in the name of N.Chandramouli who died intestate on 15.12.2014. The shares held by him had been mentioned in the schedule to the petition. The 1st petitioner is his widow and the 2nd and 3rd petitioners are his son and daughter.

2.After effecting paper publication, the parties were invited to adduce evidence. The 2nd petitioner was examined as PW-1. The death certificate and the legal heirship certificate of his father were marked as Exs.P1 and P2. The documents relating to the share certificates were marked as Exs.P3 and P4. 3.In view of the evidence adduced, this Original Petition stands allowed. The Succession Certificate is to be issued in the name of the petitioners.
