This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition to any normal local surety instead of "shall produce on relative instead of blood surety and another shall be any other local surety" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11178 of 2023 by order dated 11.05.2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier this Court had modified the condition to offer relative surety. However, the petitioner is unable to offer relative as a surety, as a result of which the petitioner is still languishing in jail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

4. Heard both sides.

5.Considering the averments made in the petition filed and also the fact the petitioner is unable to offer either a blood surety or a relative as a surety and is still languishing in jail, this Court is of the view that the condition in paragraph 3 of the order dated 11.05.2023 can be modified as https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis follows:-

gba "3. The petitioner shall be released on bail on condition that he executes a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two local sureties for a like sum to the satisfactgion of XVI Metropolitan Magistrate George Town, Chennai."

6. For complying the said order time is extended by two weeks from today.
