ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.07.2021 for the offences under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) (B ), 22 (c ), 25, 29(i) of NDPS Act, 1985, in crime No.2362 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioners were in illegal possession of 30 boxes of Nitravet - 10, 14 boxes of TYDOL tablets and also 2 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioners are no way connected in this case and they were falsely implicated in this case and they are suffering incarceration for more than 4 months from 28.07.2021. He would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocated (Crl.side) raised objection stating that petitioners are belongs to kerala and he further submitted that investigation is almost completed, all petitioners are accompanied during the occurrence. He further submits that case is at the stage of issuing charge sheet. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of bail.
5. Considering the fact and circumstances of the cases and also the fact that petitioners are belongs to other state, if they released on bail there may be a chance to abscond, hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
