This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.15025/2023 in Cr.No.23/2021 by order dated 27.07.2023 "Petitioners has to appear before the Respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders"

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet was filed in this matter and the same was taken on file by the Additional Mahila Court, Alandur and next hearing date was fixed as 06.10.2023 and Medical Certificate of the Petitioners for the absent period has been produced before the Police Station.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioners is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioners have to appear before the Court, concerned.
