(CRIME NO.1058/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply the condition passed in Crl.OP.9652/2020 vide order dated 29.06.2020 in Crime No.1058/2020 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 29.06.2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
