This petition has been filed to relax the condition of appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15080 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet is filed and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
