This petition has been filed to relax the condition that petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner is complying the conditions regularly.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that, petitioner may be directed to appear before the Chengalpattu Taluk Police Station instead of respondent police station.

4. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Taluk Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that, other conditions remain the same.
