ORDER
This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [for brevity, hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'] for granting extension of time to conclude the on-going arbitration proceedings.
2. Heard Mr.Anirudh Krishnan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant and Mr.T.Deeraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Arbitral award has already been passed on 29.04.2025. Subsequently, an application was filed under Section 33 of the Act for rectification of certain errors pointed out in the award. Since the mandate had come to end, this application has been filed seeking for extension of time.
4. On considering the submissions made on either side and the materials placed before this Court, the period is extended by two months. 2/4
