This petition has been filed to order substituted service to the 2nd respondent by way of publication in one Tamil daily in 'Malai Sundar'.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 01.07.2019 he has taken steps to serve notice to the second respondent privately. However, the same was returned with an endorsement "No such person" and has also filed an affidavit of service to that effect.

3. Considering the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to issue notice to the second respondent by way of substituted service by effecting publication in one edition of Tamil daily "Malai Sudar" and list the matter after service.
