This petition has been filed to relax the condition (c) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15795 of 2023, dated 18.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
