This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7692 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9681 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7692 of in Crl.O.P.No.9681 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
