The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11974 of 2024 dated 22.05.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
