ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.03.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated 04.03.2016 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.64 of 2014 and the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is hereby directed to cooperate with the enquiry and the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
