This petition is filed by the applicant/respondent in main O.P No.410 of 2023 to re-open his side evidence and to let in oral evidence.

2. The Original Petition is filed for appointing the mother as the legal guardian of the person of the minor Nathen Alex and grant permanent custody to her.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, in the interest of justice, this application is allowed.

4. The respondent in the main OP shall appear before the learned Master for recording evidence on 30.09.2024. After recording the evidence, post the matter before this Court.
