When this case is listed under the caption for being mentioned, the learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs and the respondents/defendants sought for some clarification as to whether sending the documents to the expert for opinion and handing over the documents related to Late N. Kandasamy to the Advocate Commissioner.

2. This Court has clearly observed in the earlier orders that " in order to find out as to whether the disputed documents, viz., (i) original Will dated 11.07.2001 (2) Income Tax Returns submitted by Late N.Kandasamy dated 18.10.2002 and (iii) Original Rental Agreement dated 22.03.2004 between N. Kandasamy and 4 others and all the documents filed before this Court in TOS No.15 of 2006 along with the written statement filed by the petitioners as Doc. Nos.4,5 and 8, both the parties were directed to produce the documents before an independent advocate commissioner for comparing the same and handing over it to the expert for opinion" and further the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Lbm Advocate Commissioner was directed to get all the documents from the parties concerned to be produced before the Tamilnadu Forensic Science Laboratory, Chennai.

3. In view of the aforesaid observation of this Court, both th parties are directed to act upon the direction issued by this Court in the earlier orders. Hence, this order does not require any clarification and need not be required any corrections.
